All too often, improper installation of insulation - or insulation without prior air sealing - leads to drafty, cold rooms in the winter and hot, stuffy rooms in the summer, along with needlessly high energy bills.
That is why we have all of our technicians trained in the whole-house approach to building science championed by the
Building Performance Institute (BPI), the most prestigious building science certification firm in the country.
As Building Analysts, we understand how homes work, how warm and cold air moves through them, and how combustion equipment works inside those homes. We work to ensure that combustion equipment operates safely and properly within the building envelope, and that each of the home's individual components are working together properly and safely.
